The “Colorful One-Day Ticket Promotion” is a limited-time buy-one-get-one-free ticket package launched by the MRT, including two one-day passes at a discounted price of NT$350 (original price NT$700). The promotion runs from this Saturday (April 22) to May 31 and is available for purchase at all station service counters. These tickets are valid for the day of purchase and can be used unlimited times, on any section, and on any type of MRT train before the end of that day’s service. The tickets are not rechargeable and do not include a deposit. Once tapped at the gate, no refunds will be issued. However, if unused and not yet tapped, the full set of two tickets can be refunded as a pair with a NT$20 handling fee per set (2 tickets). Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reported or replaced.
