As environmental awareness gradually rises and becomes more widespread, the world is embracing new green architecture. Striking a balance between stylish design and eco-conscious concepts, energy-efficient and low-carbon buildings are slowly replacing traditional structures. Located in Vietnam, one renowned green architecture firm Vo Trong Nghia Architects is known for using bamboo as a primary building material. In 2015, they designed two lushly landscaped municipal buildings for Bac Ninh Province called the Green City Hall, using planting techniques to convey the concept of greening while also embodying the local government's commitment to energy conservation and carbon reduction.
