Located in Nanzhuang, Miaoli, Shan Fu Rong Coffee Art Gallery is a dreamy manor that feels like a kingdom of flower fairies. Established in 1996, it can be considered one of the pioneers of mountain-view cafés. The owner has transformed the café into a European garden, filled with a variety of plants, where different seas of flowers can be enjoyed all year round.

May is the season when snowflakes fall in Nanzhuang. In addition to the vast mountains covered in tung blossoms, there is also the newly launched Hydrangea Festival. On May 13th, the Miaoli County Government held the month-long Hydrangea Banquet – A Romantic Stroll in Manke Village, located at Shan Fu Rong Coffee Art Gallery. It promotes the International Slow City concept and the romance of Provincial Highway 3, and collaborates with 14 local businesses to create an event featuring 5,000 hydrangea pots alongside the currently blooming tung blossoms, creating a stunning contrast.

In addition to the vibrant blooms of colorful hydrangeas, there are also professionally designed bamboo weaving and gardening installations. The entrance pathway of Shan Fu Rong Coffee Art Gallery feels like stepping into a fantastical flower tunnel, with beautiful floral scenery greeting visitors and attracting many tourists eager to join the experience.
