After long-standing rumors of its entry into Taiwan, Ippudo Ramen, beloved and closely watched by Taiwanese consumers, has finally confirmed its Taiwan launch on June 15. The brand’s first Taiwanese outlet will open on Songren Road in Taipei’s Xinyi District. Notably, it will operate 24 hours a day, seeing the potential of Taipei’s consumers and tourists to dine at any time, adding more competitive flair to the city’s food hotspot.

The store spans 216.45 pyeong (approximately 716 square meters), and the highly praised “Flavor Concentration Seats” area will feature 60 seats. Those wanting to enjoy Ippudo Ramen alone can do so in Taipei. Regarding the menu and pricing that consumers are concerned about, the signature natural pork bone broth ramen is priced at NT$288, the miso sauce pork bone ramen with pork slices is NT$148, and extra noodles or rice are NT$58 each.
