The delightful POKÉMON with YOU Train was launched in December 2012 by JR East Japan as part of the recovery efforts for the Tohoku disaster area. With a forest-themed interior and featuring over 100 Pokémon, the train has so far welcomed approximately 40,000 passengers. Recently, JR East Japan unveiled a new car design centered around the iconic Pikachu. From the exterior to the interior decor, the train is adorned with the character’s signature yellow and brown markings, creating a warm and healing atmosphere. This special version will make its debut in July.
