The opening of an Ichiran Ramen store in Taiwan was a major event in the food scene in 2017 and a long-awaited topic for many ramen enthusiasts. Not only is the taste of Ichiran Ramen highly praised, but its unique "flavor concentration seating" not only allows diners to fully focus on enjoying their ramen, but also enables ordering, food delivery, and even adding items through a bamboo curtain in front of the seat. This offers both high efficiency and a great deal of privacy, making this seat design feel particularly special and thoughtful. Making its first entry into the Taiwanese market, the Taipei store opened on June 15. Taiwanese consumers who love Ichiran Ramen, as well as international tourists visiting Taipei’s Xinyi District, can all enjoy it.
Upon entering the store, customers are guided by staff to choose a seat, or they can check the lighted status on the available seat indicator board to find an open spot.
After selecting your personal flavor concentration seat, you can hang your bag or belongings on the hook under the table.
When ordering, you can choose the richness of the broth and the firmness of the noodles according to your personal preference.
Press the service bell on the right front side, and the staff will open the bamboo curtain to collect your order form and serve you a water cup.
