Kenting is a renowned tourist destination in Taiwan, especially popular among both domestic and international visitors during the summer season. Guanshan Sunset
CNN has selected 12 of the world’s most stunning sunset spots, including internationally famous locations such as the Grand Canyon in the U.S., Santorini in Greece, and Dubai in the UAE. Among them, Guanshan in Kenting, Taiwan, also made the list, ranking alongside global icons. This has attracted photographers from around the world to capture its beauty.

Wanlitong
Wanlitong is a small fishing village on the western side of Hengchun Town. It boasts abundant marine resources and world-class underwater ecosystems, making it a hotspot for diving. The area is also rich in intertidal life, ideal for ecological observation. The hit movie Cape No. 7 was even filmed here. Aside from swimming and enjoying the sea, you can also admire the sunset along the scenic coastal walkway.

Shanchuan Liuli Suspension Bridge
The Shanchuan Liuli Suspension Bridge connects Sandimen Township and Majia Township. Designed with local Liuli (glass art) motifs and light art, its beautiful curved silhouette across the sky has become a key landmark for tourism in northern Pingtung.

Indigenous Cultural Park
Located at the transportation hub connecting three indigenous townships — Sandimen, Majia, and Wutai — the Indigenous Cultural Park focuses on showcasing and preserving Taiwan’s indigenous cultures. It is the largest and most research-valuable open-air museum in the country.
