Taipei Gaomei Wetlands, long favored by Japanese tourists and hailed as a breathtaking sight by overseas websites,-attracts large crowds of visitors every holiday. To enhance accessibility around the area, the Taichung City Government Transportation Bureau has newly launched3sightseeing bus routes to Gaomei Wetlands.

Travelers can take655the bus route from Taichung High-Speed Rail Station,688the one from Qingshui Railway Station, and309the route from Taichung Railway Station, all now in operation, allowing them to quickly reach Gaomei Wetlands without driving – saving money and hassle.

The Transportation Bureau stated that monthly visitor numbers to Gaomei Wetlands have reached 100,000. With key tourist facilities such as the Gaomei Wetlands Visitor Center and the Cross-sea Scenic Bridge also recently completed, travelers are encouraged to make use of the convenient public transport to plan one-day tours along the coastal area and experience the beautiful culture and scenery of the region.
