The whole shop has a refined vibe and is decorated with green plants. French pastry chef Charlotte said she loves using Taiwanese fruits along with French butter and cream to make desserts. There were no similar desserts available in Changhua’s Yuanlin, so she wanted to try selling this kind of jar cake. The jar cakes combine creative elements such as flower petals, fruits, and chocolate, making them look more vibrant and colorful. The jars are not made of glass but are plastic bottles that can be taken home for keepsakes after the contents are eaten. When served to customers, they are also placed on a wooden base, which makes them easy to handle and perfect for taking photos.
