New York’s legendary dessert brand Lady M strikes again!* According to in-store surveys, cakes made with seasonal fresh fruits from Taiwan are among the store’s most popular items. This August, in celebration of Father’s Day, the focus will be on tangy fruits, with the launch of a Raspberry Sponge Cake and a Taiwan-exclusive limited-edition flavor—Mango Tiramisu. These will be exclusively available at the Taipei flagship store starting August 4.

The Mango Tiramisu is crafted with fresh mangoes, featuring the brand’s signature ultra-thin handmade pastry layers stacked over 20 layers high, paired with rich mango custard, and topped with fresh mango slices arranged to bloom like a flower. With each bite, you’ll enjoy a sweet-tangy taste. Another option, the “Raspberry Sponge Cake,” combines whipped cream, raspberry jam, and pie crust cookies to create a multi-layered texture.
