In the 1960s, it was a popular dating destination, but as time passed, fewer people visit nowadays, and some parts are private land—you’ll need to enter via a small path beside the blue gate. It’s truly a quiet little hidden gem.

o埏酃龋?n the 1960s, was a quite popular dating hotspot in northern Taiwan. Ask your grandparents—they might have fond memories from their youth here. Later, when the Zhitan Dam was completed, the water level rose and submerged o埏酃龋?hich then transformed into today’s o埏酆?. The lake here is crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and in spring and summer, you can see a lot of fireflies and enjoy a dreamy atmosphere.
