Following the previous tiger-themed design, this year’s second phase of rice field art features Santa Claus and reindeer, which have now taken shape. The colors will be most vibrant around mid-September, and the display can be enjoyed until the end of October.

The Yuanli Township Farmers' Association has created painted rice fields based on its granary identity, using four colored rice varieties—yellow, green, white, and purple—to form beautiful patterns. In addition to showcasing rice in various colors, it also establishes Yuanli as a tourist attraction. This year’s venue is located next to the Love Orchard, and a new viewing platform has been specially built using shipping containers, with an in-and-out traffic flow designed to ease congestion.
