The Taoyuan City Flight Attendants’ Union announced a strike starting at midnight on the 24th, which may affect China Airlines flight operations. China Airlines stated that it has activated an emergency response team, adhering to the principles of flight safety first and passengers as the top priority, and is making every effort to dispatch available personnel and arrange flight adjustment plans, aiming to minimize the impact. China Airlines deeply regrets and apologizes for any inconvenience caused to passengers.

The presidential flight scheduled for departure tomorrow has confirmed normal cabin crew deployment and will not be affected.

China Airlines will prioritize deploying available personnel to maintain flight operations as much as possible. If there is a shortage of staff, flights may be consolidated, aircraft types adjusted, or codeshare flight services utilized. Passengers affected by flight disruptions will be accommodated according to their needs, including rescheduling flights, changing to alternative destinations within the same region, postponing or delaying travel, or obtaining refunds without penalty fees. China Airlines will ensure proper arrangements for passengers’ itineraries and asks passengers not to worry.
