Warehouse 30 was built from abandoned WWII warehouses dating back to the 1940s. Designed by an award-winning Bangkok-based design team, it is a multifunctional space that combines a cinema, shops, restaurants, art, creativity, handicrafts, exhibitions, and studios.

In recent years, the Thai government has planned to integrate tradition with new cultural creativity in the old town, breathing new life into aged buildings. In addition to various arts and crafts stalls, a fitness center, yoga studio, and other shops will be opening in the future. All spaces except the restaurant area are interconnected, featuring spacious semi-indoor walkways, and irregular weekend markets and music events are also held.
