Ever-changing mountain and cloud scenery, and the dazzling night view of Puli Town.　

The spacious campsite layout—truly not crowded at all.

After heavy rain, the air is incredibly fresh, with a bird’s-eye view of the entire Puli area.

The camp headquarters displays Sanrio tents and related products.

There’s a small pool set up for the little ones.

The perfect spot for indoor camping—extremely, extremely clean. (Comes with tables and chairs, awesome!)

Super, super large recreational space.

The restaurant inside the camp headquarters and the front open area are great for coffee and chats.

After two days of heavy rain, when packing up, take a shot of the grass where campers have left (it’s really not muddy) in Area E.

Here’s how to get to Meihua Campsite: Take National Highway 6 past the Yuchi Interchange, then exit at (34) Puli-Guoxing Interchange.

Master He usually takes County Road 21—make a left here, hey, right here at this left turn.

About 300 meters later, you’ll reach Provincial Highway 21; turn left toward Guoxing—that’s the way to go.

The signs are super clear, aren’t they?

When you pass the 40 km mark on Provincial Highway 21, prepare to turn left.

Turn left at the 39.8 km mark on Provincial Highway 21, heading toward Zhongtai Temple.

Just keep going straight—it’s easy to find with the Zhongtai Temple signs.

At the final three-way intersection, turn left toward Putai Elementary School.

After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Meihua Camp pink sign on the right—turn right to head up the mountain.

Once you pass this spot, you’ve arrived.

About 100 meters further, turn left at the camp entrance.

The sign isn’t big, but it’s pretty noticeable—go left, haha.

Go straight up to the camp headquarters, no doubt about it.

Drive all the way to the end and park in the first parking lot first.

Checked in at the main camp office and registered our campsite. In front of the office, there was a small swimming pool that caught my eye XD

Quickly ran upstairs to take a panoramic shot of this cute little pool, hey hey~ Also got a nice view of the entire Puli town from up there. (The weather changes super fast—super unpredictable!)

Hurried back to the main office to register with the staff lady. Inside, they had some trendy Sanrio merchandise on display. (It’s officially licensed, you know!) Couldn’t not take a photo—rare to see stuff like this.

Such a pity, what a pity—can’t camp under the canopy XD

They only had drinks here, but I originally wanted to have breakfast at their restaurant.

Also picked up a welcome gift prepared by the camp (Come on down for your stay—while supplies last!).

Posted so many photos, now let’s get to the main topic—introducing the campsites XD (Close-up shots really make me nervous about getting bitten...)

The very busy and adorable admin lady, together with Master He, said this whole row is available for camping (V area), and over here too (all open for camping)—a rare chance to camp where no one else is. Took another close-up of our faraway neighbor.

Honestly, after Master He thought it over for two days… this spot and this angle are just perfect. Little Purple, right? Haha.

Truth be told, I had my hopes up for the angle, dreaming we’d get starry skies and the Milky Way tonight~ (Great angle for photos, huh!)

Snapped another close-up of our unknown neighbors a few dozen meters away—time to bond a bit, hey?

In the V area, you can walk from the very end down to the A area below.

Honestly, it rained so hard—I never got to use the stone table next to my tent.

Super close to the water basin, and there’s a waterproof electrical box nearby.

Rained all day and all night the next day. My poor Little Purple night shot—just this one photo, what a headache.

Took a night photo of the misty campsite scenery from the front.

This campsite has just reopened under new management, and there weren’t many people. (Asked the admin if we could use this shelter as a cooking tent.)

The shelter’s huge, so just scatter all our gear around~ No one knows anyway, hehe.

There’s a “Happy Farm” under the shelter (organized by the camp owner’s junior high classmates who seriously dug and dug and dug). Made plans with Master He to dig together—wow lol, I’ll just take photos, haha.

Enough chit-chat, let’s start introducing from the A area.

Flat, super flat grassland.

I heard this area is only for 12 tents. This one? Feels like doubling that number would still be fine lol.

Water basins are placed on both sides of the campsite, lots of waterproof electrical boxes, and an exclusive toilet for the A area.

Every level of the campsite has scenic campsites.

Today, six tents were pitched in a row at the A area.

Shot from the entrance looking inside—those tents are probably from a group camp.

The space is pretty wide, you could actually park your car nearby too. But it’d feel a lot more cramped.

Since we’re so far apart, we didn’t really hear much noise from the lower area at night.

The space is this big, no issues at all~

Below the A area is the third parking lot—cars for the A area campers are all parked here.

It's not bad to have a picnic here with the attached tables and chairs. (Just add a living tent.)

The third parking lot is right below Area B, which is also a super, super large area to hang out.

There’s almost no shelter in front of the campsites, so the Puli night view in this area is definitely beautiful, and the lawn is also very well maintained.

The sinks are also located at both ends of the camping area, there are many power boxes, and there’s a toilet exclusive to Area B.

Now let’s take a look at Area E, located at the highest point of the campsite. Such a large space is only for setting up four tents... and there’s even shade from the trees.

The sink is near the entrance.

Today, three tents are pitched in this area.

This area has a very unique tent—one I’ve only seen in magazines.

The camping spots are just wide, wide, wide, wide, wide.

You can reserve this whole area for just four tents—what a great deal !

A quiet night—hurriedly took a few night shots before it started raining.

Lately, I’ve been afraid of disturbing other campers, so I’ve been taking night shots very discreetly.

The night scenery in this area, paired with the tents, really has that camping vibe. Life in the wild is perfect just like this.

Let’s check out Area F—a lush green grassy area where only 5–6 tents are allowed.

Actually, the view in each area is pretty nice. Let me take another shot from a different angle for a clearer view.

Today, three big tents were set up in this area for a group camping trip. Honestly, six big tents could probably fit here, and there’d still be space left.

It rained so hard, making everything splashy—night photography was quite difficult.

To be honest, I was still really serious about it ! Took a lot of photos XD. The sinks in this area are still concentrated near the entrance, and the waterproof power boxes are safe enough ! On the next level is Area G, which is about the same size as Area F, with the standout feature being that the lawn here is really beautiful.

I personally think that if some fragrant herbs could be planted along the slopes, it would be absolutely amazing. Both sides could be fully planted with ornamental plants—I think that would really enhance the area.

The toilets in this area are closer to Area B up front.

At the far end of Area G, if I remember correctly, this used to be a grass-sledding area a few years ago. (I’m not sure what it’s planned for now, but I still think grass sledding is fun XD.)

The sinks are also located at the entrance.

The last area, Area H, is more of a square-shaped zone.

The front part is more spacious, suitable for reserving the whole area, with space left open in the center. (I like this area.)

There’s one sink.

After the heavy rain, the lawn looks extremely green. (The restrooms are just past the old playground equipment.)

Now let’s take a look at indoor camping, located on the second floor of the camp headquarters. You can also pitch several tents here—it’s pretty nice.

There are plenty of tables and chairs, all usable. The second floor has especially beautiful views—many photos are taken from here.

There’s one sink.

If you’re a beginner and really worried about strong winds and rain, you can also ask the management about indoor camping spots.

On the 2nd floor, there are tent pitches facing Puli for photography. Even if the weather isn’t great, practicing your skills is still worthwhile.

The most important shower facilities are in two locations—let’s take a look now. (Both are next to the main camp office)

Men’s toilet + two bathrooms. They’re kept clean even on rainy days, and there’s a vanity outside. Bring your own hairdryer.

Women’s toilet, and it comes with toilet paper, hey!

The women’s toilet area has a large vanity.

Next to the toilets is the office, and there’s a water dispenser outside. (This machine saved our instant noodles during this camping trip XD)

Just a few steps further, you’ll find the second bathing and toilet area with plenty of stalls.

It seems like one unit per bathroom, and there are also temporary shower rooms X2 on the other side.

Rain after sunny skies—camping doesn’t come with a script, right?

1: The campsite is large—please register at the main office first before parking and unloading gear.
2: There are quite a few mosquitoes in the evening. Please take mosquito precautions and bring anti-mosquito medication.
3: Shower facilities at the campsite are centralized, and some areas have insufficient lighting. Please bring a flashlight.
4: Please park your vehicle according to the instructions of the on-site staff to avoid inconveniencing other campers.
5: Zones C and D have been designated as the site for a second parking lot. (Do not make reservations)

Master He’s Musings:Please dispose of kitchen waste in the bins. Before going to bed at night, store food away to prevent animals from getting to it.
