Try 20 European cuisines in one go！ The European Carnival & German Beer Festival kicks off

The "European Flavors Carnival & German Beer Festival," jointly organized by Taipei 101 and the Taipei City Government, officially kicked off today！ This event not only features over 20 distinctive European dining options and traditional costumes from 11 countries including Germany, the UK, and France, but also offers a variety of international music and dance performances at Taipei 101’s Water Dance Plaza.

Themed tents surround Taipei 101’s Water Dance Plaza at the European Flavors Carnival, offering a wide selection of European cuisines including Belgium’s BELGA waffles, bread endorsed by the French President, Czech handmade honey cakes, British fish and chips with scones, Spanish and Italian dishes, Dutch national favorite pancakes, Turkish ice cream, and a total of 23 European food brands—ensuring fun and delicious experiences for all.

The German Beer Festival, created in collaboration between "Winder Restaurant"—which has 14 years of experience hosting German beer festivals—and the renowned German wheat beer brand "Erdinger," brings an authentic Bavarian carnival celebration to life！ In addition to limited-time festival meal sets, the event sets up 60 tables with 500 seats under a traditional Bavarian big tent. Everything from the furniture and hanging decorations to the full Bavarian Express Band and the classic 3-meter-long Alpine alphorn has been flown in from Germany, promising to bring lively energy to Taipei.
