The Michelin "Red Guide," hailed as the bible of the culinary world, is finally making its debut in Taiwan. The 《2018 Michelin Guide Taipei》 was officially released on March 14.This marks the return of Michelin stardom to Taiwan following the 2011 launch of the Green Guide. There is considerable public interest in which Taipei restaurants might be included in the guide—or even awarded stars. Other highly anticipated names include L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, RAW, and La Cocotte.
