The specially selected Taiwanese Tieguanyin tea infuses the delicate tea aroma and mellow sweetness unique to Taiwanese tea into the creation of this new seasonal Taiwan-exclusive flavor, resulting in the “Sesame Tieguanyin thousand-layer cake.” The chef specifically used organic black sesame from Shimane, Japan, which is pesticide-free and free of chemical fertilizers, showcasing the sesame’s captivating fragrance and smooth texture. The uniquely flavored and aromatic Tieguanyin is enveloped within layers of delicate batter, delivering a multi-layered taste that bursts with tea elegance.
