Right on (today) February 1st, the grand opening ceremony of the Ancient Yue Water Street in Dragon-Tiger Mountain and the inaugural Ancient Yue Culture Festival were ceremoniously held at the Blessing Square of the Ancient Yue Water Street. This marks the official opening of the Ancient Yue Water Street in Dragon-Tiger Mountain to the public！The first Ancient Yue Culture Festival has also made a powerful debut！The event began with an immersive Ancient Yue blessing performance that took all attendees back to the ancient Yue era, offering them a culture-filled experience with strong visual and auditory impact.
Originally named “Xiaoyao City,” the Ancient Yue Water Street project is located next to the Visitor Service Center of the Longhu Mountain Scenic Area in Yingtan City, with a total construction area of 79,600 square meters. It is a comprehensive upgrade based on the original Xiaoyao City project. The renovation includes 12 major infrastructure upgrades such as facade decoration, facade lighting, smoke and sewage system improvements, square upgrades, water system modifications, landscaping, scenic spot development, architectural style transformation, street lighting, the guidance and signage system, and the development of a smart management platform. After being rebranded with the themes of Ancient Yue culture and Daoist culture, it was renamed the “Daoist Wellness Town・Ancient Yue Water Street.”
