FRIDAYS Launches Burger Day Again – Four New Burgers Buy-One-Get-One-Free Every Wednesday

American dining brand TGI FRIDAYS is promoting American beef burger culture. Following the success of challenging for the largest burger in Taiwan in 2015, the brand has once again launched the “Burger Day” series this July. Under the creative concept “Crazy Summer Burger Happy DAY,” they have introduced four new burger items, including the BBQ Gold Burger, priced between NT$360 and NT$450. Additionally, every Wednesday, customers can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free deal on the new burger items.

The four new burger items launched for this Burger Day event are the BBQ Gold Burger, Hawaiian Lava Burger, Texas Spice Mini Burger, and Hickory Grilled Chicken Mini Burger. The BBQ Gold Burger features FRIDAYSTM’s signature grill sauce mixed with fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, paired with lettuce, black pepper bacon, and crispy finely chopped onion rings. The Hawaiian Lava Burger draws inspiration from the traditional Hawaiian burger dish “Loco Moco,” combining a medium-rare juicy fried egg with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, black pepper bacon, and fresh lettuce, all topped with lemon wasabi mayo.

The Texas Spice Mini Burger pairs American beef with marinated red onions and American cheese, then sprinkles it with a special Texas spice blend, served with rich apple grilled sauce and crispy fries. The Hickory Grilled Chicken Mini Burger uses tender New Orleans-style grilled chicken, paired with Czech cheese, fresh lettuce, and crispy bacon, finished with a creamy hickory mayo.

Additionally, TGI FRIDAYS will host a “Dark Burger Party,” inviting 100 people to eat burgers in complete darkness. TGI FRIDAYS marketing manager Ying Kaiwen stated that the Dark Burger Party will be pitch-black, aiming to let participants experience the pure taste of American beef without being distracted by elaborate plating or visual stimuli—engaging their sense of smell, touch, taste, and mindful appreciation.
