The newly opened “You Ni Zhen Hao Hot Pot Salon” in Tainan, from its building exterior to interior décor, gives the illusion of stepping into an art gallery. As soon as you step inside, you’ll see a whole wall of copper pots by the counter — each handcrafted and made by Japan’s Shinkodo, perfectly matching the theme of a hot pot restaurant. The first floor is roughly divided into three zones: four-person tables, a high-top bar area, and a long communal table. Each seat in the bar area also comes with USB and regular power outlets for charging, which is very thoughtful.
