Other endangered animal creations in full scale, such as pandas and the Formosan clouded leopard made specifically for Taiwan, are also assembled from tens of thousands of LEGO bricks. Not only are they highly realistic, but they have also received an enthusiastic response during tours in Europe and America. To fully convey the message of a shared worldview with nature, Sean Kenney specially created a four-meter-tall giant LEGO tree, a large-scale art piece unveiled for the first time globally and the highlight of this exhibition.
A feast that satisfies both art and biological science, the exhibition showcases the beauty of diverse creatures—from those flying in the sky, running on the ground, to swimming in the water—such as life-sized dodos, American bald eagles, snow leopards, lions, and even the world’s only LEGO-built pond. Each piece is crafted from tens of thousands of LEGO bricks. At the exhibition, Sean’s enlarged plant series and insect series have also received great international acclaim. He magnifies these organisms more than 100 times to recreate the wonders of creation, such as capturing the moment a hummingbird collects nectar. Beyond admiring the exquisite detail of the sculptures, the exhibition aims to raise awareness about endangered species, enhance understanding of biology, and elevate the aesthetic experiences of visitors of all ages. It also encourages everyone to engage with and learn more about nature.

Recognized globally as one of the pioneering LEGO brick artists, Sean Kenney has spent over 10 years creating contemporary statue art for many world-renowned clients, major corporations, and museums around the world. Sean’s works are comprehensive in approach, using creative selection, utilization, transformation, and combination to give LEGO bricks a new artistic essence. He breaks through traditional concepts of brick usage, transforming them into expressive media capable of touching the heart, offering educational value, or embodying artistic worth.
Sean exhibited his vision of an ideal city, starting with his home of New York—featuring large Times Square displays, green transportation, and eco-friendly infrastructure to improve urban traffic. All of these convey the importance of cities, environmental protection, and creative art to the public. Sean Kenney, who considers himself a professional big kid who plays with bricks, was just like us before becoming a LEGO artist. Before pursuing LEGO art, he was an ordinary office worker. But after answering the call of the LEGO bricks he loved since childhood, he resolutely quit his stable job and turned his childhood toys and leisure hobbies into his life’s work. Starting at the age of 27, he has been on the path of professional creation for over a decade and has successfully become one of the most internationally recognized LEGO artists.
