This exhibition combines movies, toys, animation, and gaming, creating a paradise tailored for collectors to acquire figures and toys. These four industries—films, toys, animation, and games—are both independently captivating and interconnected. With a massive fan base regardless of age or gender, anyone who loves to “play” can enjoy the fun. The TMTC Film Toy Expo gathers major themes from films, video games, and anime, selling officially licensed toys, anime merchandise, and collectibles. It also displays costumes and scenes from various film and TV productions. It's the largest event in the American-style anime toy and film industry and the only professional film and toy expo in Taiwan.

During the exhibition, the “2nd Film COSPLAY Challenge” was also held. This year’s theme is “characters from films.” Finalists will rally public votes through pre-event promotional activities, and the finals will feature a runway show showcasing their unique character impersonations. This event will be judged by both public online voting and professional judges on-site. The champion of the 2017 Film Toy Expo “2nd Film COSPLAY Challenge” will win round-trip air tickets to Hong Kong for two and admission tickets to Disneyland!
