Light Tunnel Becomes New Hotspot for Photos, Hsinchu’s New Shopping Landmark Begins Soft Opening

Due to the promising economic development potential of the Zhubei High-Speed Rail Special Zone, f? invested 1 billion NTD to build a landmark complex that combines business offices, lodging, leisure, and shopping. It is the only composite commercial building in Hsinchu integrated with the high-speed rail station and has already commenced trial operations. The PLAZA 6+ plaza outside the mall is decorated with a pink theme, featuring a 9-meter-high Christmas tree, a colorful light tunnel, and decorative sleighs, making it romantic and bustling at night when illuminated.

f?’s mixed-use commercial building has six underground floors and 20 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of approximately 24,000 pyeong. Located in the prime area of the Zhubei Liujia High-Speed Rail Special Zone, it sits adjacent to both the Taiwan Railway Liujia Station and the Hsinchu High-Speed Rail Station. The building’s side profile resembles a ship about to set sail, with a white podium and green vertical landscaping. The first-floor public space is planted with abundant greenery, creating an expansive lush ambiance.

Floors B4 to B1 are designated for car and motorcycle parking, offering a total of 608 car spaces and 500 motorcycle spaces. Floors B1 to 5 house the Plaza6+ mall. The mall’s name is inspired by the homophonic sound of "Liujia." It provides services such as convenience supermarkets, fashion retail, family-friendly leisure, and fine dining, establishing itself as a brand-new shopping and leisure destination in the Zhubei area.
