1. Blue Elephant Thai Hot Pot – Thai Green Curry
With multiple branches across Taiwan, Blue Elephant has gained popularity for its new take on Thai hot pot. It offers four flavors of broth, including Royal Green Curry, Thai Spicy & Sour, Lemongrass, and Thai Tomato. The green curry is the top choice, made with green curry, coconut milk, and a variety of Thai ingredients, using a 60-step process to create an exquisite, jade-like broth that is rich and mildly spicy.

2. Mu Viet – Vietnamese Hot Pot
The newly launched Vietnamese cuisine “Mu Viet” by the Din Tai Fung Group not only breaks away from the group’s usual style but also shatters most people’s stereotypical impression of Vietnamese restaurants. Mu Viet emphasizes enjoying Vietnamese dishes in a French ambiance. From the dining environment to the menu design, everything follows a trendy style. The two-floor dining space is filled with French colonial charm while integrating Vietnamese aesthetic details, such as murals, rattan pendant lamps, and louvers.
