Toshi Yoroizuka is the first Japanese pastry chef to work at a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Europe. He now runs four patisseries and bakeries in Japan under the name “Toshi Yoroizuka.” This collaboration between Japan’s leading doughnut brand MISTER DONUT and Toshi Yoroizuka has resulted in six chocolate doughnuts with varied flavors and textures. The new “misdo meets Toshi Yoroizuka” series of doughnuts, a collaboration between MISTER DONUT and Michelin pastry master Toshi Yoroizuka, officially launched on January 11.
