1. Sydney – One Central Park
Located in Sydney, the One Central Park complex consists of two residential towers—one 16 stories tall and the other 33 stories—as well as a mixed-use retail podium featuring shops, banks, restaurants, and a large supermarket. Its most distinctive feature is the cantilever structure, with a heliostat system extending outward from the 29th floor of one tower, topped by a sky garden.

2. United Kingdom – Balancing Barn

The Balancing Barn in Suffolk, UK, is a uniquely designed holiday cottage created by the world-renowned architectural firm MVRDV. Half of the cottage appears to float in mid-air while the other half rests on a small hillside, challenging the laws of balance like a seesaw. The exterior is clad in reflective metal panels, and there’s even a swing hanging from the front of the building—making it quite the extraordinary sight.

3. Taiwan – Tao Zhu Yin Yuan

The luxury residence “Tao Zhu Yin Yuan,” located in Taipei’s Xinyi District, was designed by top French architect Vincent Callebaut. This spiral-shaped building features extensive green balconies and gardens, resembling a vertical forest in the city. It also incorporates systems for recycling organic waste, reusing water, and generating solar power, aiming to become one of the most eco-friendly buildings in the world.
