1. Jinhae - Yeosu-gil Cherry Blossom Path
From late March to early April each year, visitors to Jinhae in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, can enjoy the beautiful bloom of cherry blossoms. With up to 220,000 cherry trees across the area, the entire city turns pink and white. Among the most famous spots to view the blossoms are Anmin Road near the Navy Base Command, Daejong Mountain Park, and Yeosu-gil.

2. Seoul - Namsan Park

Every April, many areas in Seoul host cherry blossom festivals, and the cherry blossom path at Namsan Park is the longest and highest in the city. You can plan a day to hike up Namsan, where flower-lined walking trails mix with cherry blossoms, and enjoy various events such as cherry blossom light shows, strolls under the blooms, and street performances.

3. Seoul - Yeouido
In Seoul, Yeouido is home to a stunning cherry blossom season centered around Yeouinaru Road. Stretching nearly ten kilometers, this road is lined with over 1,400 cherry trees that burst into bloom every spring, creating a dreamlike tunnel of blossoms. In addition, the annual “Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival” held every April attracts large crowds of blossom viewers, and colorful lights illuminate the trees at night for a magical night-blooming experience. 

4. Seoul - Seokchon Lake
Seokchon Lake is another famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Seoul, aside from Yeouido’s Yeouinaru Road. Every spring, thousands of cherry trees around the lake bloom simultaneously, forming a tunnel of blossoms. Moreover, Seokchon Lake is located near Lotte World, Asia’s largest indoor theme park, and Lotte Department Store, so you can easily combine cherry blossom viewing with shopping.
 
5. Busan – Namsan-dong
When visiting Busan in spring to see cherry blossoms, Namsan-dong is an absolute must-see. The approximately 700-meter-long cherry blossom path is crowded with visitors on both weekdays and holidays during the blooming season, and one particularly stunning section is a pink tunnel of cherry blossoms.
 
6. Busan – Hoeryeong Mountain
Hoeryeong Mountain in Busan is well known for its night views, but the cherry blossom trees along its circular road are equally impressive and memorable.
 
7. South Gyeongsang Province – Hadong Ssanggyesa Temple Ten-Mile Cherry Blossom Road
The Ten-Mile Cherry Blossom Road is a roughly 6-kilometer stretch from Hwagae Market to Ssanggyesa Temple in Hadong County, South Gyeongsang Province. Along this scenic path, cherry trees over sixty years old bloom brilliantly alongside the winding stream, offering breathtaking views. Legend has it that couples who walk together under the falling petals of this road will grow old together hand in hand, which is why it’s also called the “Red Carpet Cherry Blossom Road.”

8. Daegu – E-world

Each year, Daegu E-world hosts the Starlight Cherry Blossom Festival, the only nighttime cherry blossom event in South Korea. The festival combines the cherry blossom season with a light festival, offering stunning sights both day and night.
