To celebrate the Lunar New Year, the Zuomalian Farm in Tainan has dressed up its 16-meter-tall, about five-story-high giant farm horse with a new look—transforming it into a rainbow horse. Nearby, nearly 500 hay balls are displayed to form an alternative maze, adding a new highlight to the vast grasslands.

The massive rainbow horse was created using precise 3D computer graphics calculations, assembled from over 400 pieces of aluminum-plastic panels, transforming the original large farm horse into a vibrant mosaic design that is truly eye-catching. Next to it is a large hay ball maze made from nearly 500 hay balls, with various walking routes arranged to invite visitors to explore.

During the New Year period, Zuomalian Farm is hosting a series of “Rainbow Fun” events, offering ticket discounts in celebration of its 30th anniversary. In addition to the rainbow horse and hay maze, the farm has also invited artists to create large 3D murals at various spots such as the fountain and the grassland restaurant, providing even more Instagram-worthy photo opportunities for visitors.
