Founded in 1990, “Niupapa Beef Noodles” is renowned for its high-end beef noodles. The shop offers seven different types of beef noodle dishes, with the cheapest priced at NT$500 and the most expensive being the NT$10,000 “Presidential Beef Noodles.” Thanks to the owner’s insistence on quality, customer traffic continues to grow despite the high prices.

The Presidential Beef Noodles are made with top-grade meats, featuring four types of meat: Australian wagyu short rib, U.S. Prime short rib, U.S. Angus beef rib, and a steak blend of muscle and tendon. Not only is the meat of premium quality, but the preparation process is also highly labor-intensive. The broth is slow-cooked to perfection, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
