From nighttime to early morning, areas north of Kaohsiung, Yilan, the Huatung Valley, as well as Kinmen and Matsu, are prone to temperatures below 10°C, with the lowest possibly reaching 8°C.Starting Wednesday the 14th, there will be a gradual warming trend. On the 15th, there remains a probability of lows around 10°C in central and northern Taiwan, as well as Matsu. Tropical Storm Sanba (international name: SANBA), No. 2, formed into a typhoon around 2 p.m. on the 11th. Its center is located at 6.80°N, 135.90°E, moving westward at 29 km/h. It does not affect Taiwan. Those planning to visit Vietnam soon should pay special attention.
There is a probability of localized heavy rain in Keelung’s northern coast and Hualien’s mountainous areas. Take caution against landslides and falling rocks. Northern temperatures will range between 15～20°C, central areas between 18～24°C, southern areas around 18～25°C, and eastern areas between 16～21°C.
