Originally located within Houli Environmental Park, the Lollipop Flower Sea Garden is Taichung’s first perennial garden. By integrating the existing geometric garden design with the rolling imagery of lollipops, it features colorful, perennial verbena and lantana plants in white, pink, and magenta hues that create a stunning gradient effect. The vibrant colors are highly eye-catching, and when viewed from afar, the flower arrangements resemble giant lollipops, leaving visitors amazed.

Within the flower sea, you’ll find playful three-dimensional lollipop sculptures that offer unique interpretations of the floral landscape. Visitors can also take photos with the garden’s main attraction — a green sculpture of a Formosan clouded leopard cub. Additionally, nearby the Houli Lollipop Flower Sea Garden, there are other attractions such as the Houli Horse Ranch, kouen??, various seasonal events, the Houfeng Bicycle Path, Houli District Floral Industry Culture Museum, Houli Saxophone Player Museum, Houli Tai’an Railway Park, and Taiwan Sugar Yue Mei Sightseeing Sugar Refinery, allowing visitors to not only enjoy the lollipop flower sea but also explore nearby sites.
