1. Fazizhi Portal Welcome Riverside Promenade
Fazizhi Creek is an important urban gateway for Taichung. The Water Resources Bureau has created another IG-worthy destination along its scenic riverbanks, featuring landscape art, waterfront walkways, and 3D text landmarks. At night, the illuminated area shines brilliantly and can even be seen from the high-speed rail.

The 1.8-kilometer Fazizhi Portal Welcome Riverside Promenade has become a favorite for photos, especially the eye-catching “TAICHUNG” 3D text landmark that quickly draws visitors. The massive 4-meter-high letters, paired with LED lighting, display a dazzling array of colorful lights at night.

2. Luchuan Riverside
The Luchuan riverside during the Japanese colonial period was breathtakingly beautiful, running through the bustling streets of Central District.
