Street Churros Churro Rings
Street Churros Churro Rings are an upgrade of the traditional Spanish street snack churros. Not only do they offer elevated flavors, but they also present creative twists in both taste and shape—bent from the usual stick form into a horseshoe-like “ring,” hence the name “happy churro rings.” Made entirely by hand and prepared fresh upon ordering, they come with a variety of dipping sauces such as chocolate, cream cheese, and raspberry, or can be paired with cool ice cream for even more diverse experiences. Replacing bread with churros to make churro hot dogs completely redefines the traditional image of churros.

BAKE CHEESE TART
The legendary cheese tart brand BAKE CHEESE TART, which sells one tart in under two seconds and has moved 20 million units annually, will open its first Taiwan store on June 15 on the first floor of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Nanxi 3rd Building. Each BAKE CHEESE TART is priced at NT$70, while a box of six costs NT$390. BAKE CHEESE TART focuses on “one brand, one product,” specializing solely in cheese tarts. It uses Japanese cheeses from Hakodate and Bekkai regions, along with French salted cheese, blending the three in a unique ratio to create a distinctive mousse filling. The tart shells are pre-baked once before arriving at the store, where they’re baked again with the filling—the “double baking” method results in exceptionally crispy shells.
