1. Miaoli – Wugayen Bamboo Tunnel
Located in Tai’an Township, Miaoli, this area not only features many campsites but also hides a narrow bamboo trail just wide enough for a single car, where you can experience the poetic charm of Chinese landscape and the serene beauty of Arashiyama’s hidden forests. Additionally, situated above the bamboo path is the Wugayen Scenic Camping Area, which offers dazzling sunshine and ever-changing sea of clouds. The glass-like night view here showcases nature’s luxurious beauty — definitely worth a visit.
 
Bamboo Tunnel
Transportation: Navigate to Wugayen Campsite (No. 63-10, Lane 3, Daxing Village, Tai’an Township, Miaoli County), turn right at the “Geegeri” campsite onto a small farm road. The location is below Wugayen.

2. Hsinchu – Xinpian Persimmon Cake Farm
Large golden persimmons are lined up on racks, creating a spectacular and beautiful sight. The persimmon drying scene in Xinpian Township, Hsinchu, is a limited autumn spectacle (approximately from September to January each year) that attracts many visitors every year and is a great place to experience Taiwan’s local rural charm.

3. Changhua – Wanggong Fishing Port
Located in the Changbin area, Wanggong Fishing Port is renowned across Taiwan for its abundant production of Wanggong oysters. The beautiful seascape and majestic oyster farms are iconic sights here. The “Oyster Art Rainbow Tunnel” outside the Wanggong Story House is also one of the must-photograph spots on IG. Made with colorful oyster shells strung together along the entire tunnel, it has been dubbed the “Rainbow Tunnel” by netizens. 

Bus: Take the Yuanlin Bus bound for Erlin from Changhua City and get off at Wanggong
Driving: 1. Exit the Zhongshan Expressway at the Changhua Interchange, take Changlu Road to reach Lukang Town, then follow Provincial Highway 17 along the coastal road southward to Fangyuan Township. 2. Exit the Zhongshan Expressway at the Yuanlin Interchange, and take Yuanlu Road and Erxi Road to reach Fangyuan.
