North, Central, and South Travel Expos Unveil in Succession – Nine Major Hotels Offer Discounts

The annual Kaohsiung International Travel Fair kicks off in late April, followed by the Taichung International Travel Fair and the Taipei International Tourism Expo at the end of April and early May respectively. Many hotels are rolling out promotional offers to provide travelers with accommodation options for summer getaways.

1. Evergreen Laurel Hotel
Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Jiaoxi is launching an online travel fair promotion from now until May 10. Customers who spend a single amount of NT$12,000 or more before April 25 will receive two additional NT$1,600 SPA vouchers. There are various lodging voucher options including one night with one meal or one night with two meals, each discounted by NT$400 compared to previous years. Purchasing five two-meal lodging vouchers in a single transaction will also grant a suite upgrade voucher, equivalent to a 48% discount off the market price.
 
In addition to lodging vouchers, the slow-life SPA hot spring package vouchers have seen a price drop of 23.2%. Buying one set will also come with a free NT$900 rock bed bathing experience voucher. The five-star slow-life SPA plus a lunch voucher for the Laurels Buffet Restaurant, originally priced at NT$1,769, is now available for NT$999 per set, with a buy 10 get 1 free offer.

2. Lih REN Sightseeing
Lih REN Sightseeing’s chain of hotels is holding an online travel fair from now until May 15. The lowest combined lodging voucher discount reaches up to 21% off. If you purchase 5 vouchers in a single transaction, you will receive one free room upgrade voucher; purchase 10 vouchers and you’ll also get one travel fair combined lodging gift voucher and one free weekend stay voucher. These combined lodging vouchers can be used at all Lih REN hotels nationwide — just present a weekday voucher to book a basic double room. 

With the voucher, staying at Kenting Pavilion’s Deluxe Double Room from November to March not only includes a quality stay and two buffet breakfasts, but also comes with an extra night’s stay, amounting to a total discount of 21%. Staying from April to June and August to September allows for an upgrade to a “Deluxe Family Room” for one night, along with four buffet breakfasts, equaling a 33% discount.

3. Yun Lai Sightseeing
An online travel fair has been launched, with the most attractive deal being the collaboration between Han Pavilion Hotel Hualien and Mandarin Airlines — a “flight + hotel” package for direct flights from Taichung to Hualien and Kaohsiung to Hualien. On weekdays, two people sharing a room for one night starts at NT$6,598, which is a 32% discount off the original price. Additionally, the combined lodging voucher is NT$2,500 per piece, and can be freely combined with any hotel within the Yun Lai Sightseeing Group.

For Han Pavilion Hotel Kaohsiung, the discounted meal voucher options include a choice of a 3-person dim sum meal or a 2-person Japanese cuisine meal, each for NT$999 — a 47% discount.

4. Ambassador Hotel
Ambassador Hotel’s online travel fair starts now and runs until April 23, featuring three properties in Taipei, Hsinchu, and Kaohsiung. Among them, the Roast Duck Three-Ways voucher at Ambassador Jiulou Chinese Restaurant in Hsinchu, with a set of 5 vouchers, is offered at a special price of NT$10,495, and the buffet voucher at Ambassador Kaohsiung offers a buy 10 get 1 free promotion. 

Additionally, both online and on-site, you can purchase Ambassador’s combined lodging vouchers — each for NT$3,200, allowing you to stay one night at any one of the Taipei, Hsinchu, or Kaohsiung locations. Buy 5 vouchers and get a NT$500 discount coupon. There is also a lodging package of 11 vouchers for NT$32,000, which equates to buy 10 get 1 free, and also includes one room upgrade.
