Chi Kei Wonton Noodles has already launched ahead of others. The wontons are handmade in a distinctive goldfish shape, emphasizing thin wrappers and fresh fillings. The broth is crafted using a proprietary recipe simmered with pork bones, flounder, and shrimp shells—making it a quintessential local Hong Kong dish. “Wee Nam Kee” Hainanese Chicken Rice uses only the most tender chickens weighing between 1.8 and 2 kilograms, set to open on April 25.
