Now, the nearby Motopia amusement park has launched the world’s first driveable roller coaster, DUEL GP (デュエル ジャパン), which not only offers the thrills of a traditional coaster but also allows riders to take the wheel themselves—an innovation unmatched anywhere else in the world.

This driveable roller coaster, DUEL GP, features a design that mimics real race cars, scaled down to about 1/14 of actual racing dimensions, with each vehicle accommodating two passengers. The mini race cars replicate authentic driving controls—incorrect steering can send the car spinning 360 degrees and reduce speed, offering an experience almost identical to real racing. It guarantees an adrenaline-pumping ride full of high-speed thrills and heart-racing excitement.
