In addition to its many creative noodle dishes, the Lao Ma Ban Mian Guanmiao Noodles Specialty Shop offers each dish with three types of noodle textures: Guanmiao knife-cut noodles, thin noodles, and ramen. This year’s globally ranked "Old Chengdu Dan Dan Noodles" is also on the menu, along with the "Sichuan Spicy Hotpot Half-Tendon Half-Meat Beef Noodles" and "Cuttlefish Dongpo Pork Mixed Noodles," which are especially popular. The shop also provides a variety of customizable options, including different toppings, and egg choices such as onsen tamago (hot spring egg), soft-boiled sunny-side-up, and sunny-side-up with runny yolk, allowing diners to create their own perfect bowl.
