Hsinchu has a new shopping landmark, “DaLuGe NS Ya Plaza,” which officially opened in June, becoming the city’s first large-scale, integrated sports and leisure complex. The mall features a sports-themed design and combines leisure entertainment, sports, and dining options, including DaLuGe’s signature baseball and softball batting cages.

DaLuGe NS Ya Plaza began trial operations in May. It is the first investment by the DaLuGe Group in a non-six major municipalities city outside of Taichung and Kaohsiung, featuring four above-ground floors and one underground, with about 80 brands. It offers an experiential shopping plaza integrating sports, leisure, entertainment, dining, and retail.

The plaza centers around the concept of an “experiential community economy.” In addition to a baseball and softball batting cage, indoor basketball court, fitness center, and children’s ice-skating rink, it also gathers many exclusive Hsinchu-brand restaurants, plus a wide range of sports and outdoor gear, 3C electronics, casual wear, and entertainment options.
