Every summer, hydrangeas bloom vibrantly across Taiwan, bursting forth in dazzling colors that bring joy to flower-viewing visitors. In addition to mountainous areas such as Yangmingshan and Nanzhuang in Miaoli, they can also be seen along Dawn Trail Garden in Taishan District, New Taipei.

Originally just an ordinary community park, it has become a popular flower-viewing spot thanks to the planting of about a thousand colorful hydrangeas along the pathway. As the floral display has improved in recent years, it has attracted more and more visitors, turning into an urban hydrangea hidden gem.

The pathway extends over a hundred meters, and along the way, besides hydrangeas, you can also admire hollyhocks, sunflowers, and bougainvillea, adding vibrant hues to the city. The hydrangea blooming season lasts until mid-June. Though not as spectacular as at Zhuzihu, it offers a uniquely serene atmosphere.
