Head Chef Cai Shishang draws inspiration from “Love Spreading in the Air,” combining molecular gastronomy techniques that emphasize sensory experiences with the deconstruction and pairing of seasonal ingredients. Guests can choose one of two main courses: “Boston Lobster, King Crab Scallop Truffle Dumplings, Grape Soda” or “36-Hour Smoked Pine Needle American Beef Short Rib, Duck Liver Hazelnut Ball.” The set also includes unlimited access to a variety of Italian appetizers, premium king crab and other seasonal seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as exquisite desserts.
