Temperatures will dip to as low as 10°C on Saturday evening, getting colder as the night goes on. The outlying island of Lienchiang County will see temperatures below 10°C, only between 7–9°C, with coastal areas being even colder. Mornings will also be cold, so dress warmly when going out.

From Saturday evening through Sunday morning, areas north of Tainan, eastern parts of Taiwan (including Green Island and Orchid Island), the Hengchun Peninsula, and coastal and open areas of Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu will experience strong gusts of 8 to 10 on the Beaufort scale. There will also be rough seas along coastal areas and nearby waters—exercise caution when engaging in sea activities.
