Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
Regent Taipei has created a cross-disciplinary lifestyle sharing platform — the “Secret Garden,” located on the B2 level of Regent Galleria. It officially opens today. With food art, creative art, floral art, and humanities as its core themes, the “Secret Garden” introduces an urban garden concept in dining, allowing shoppers to order and enjoy food on-site while taking a break. From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily, it also features a “Secret Market” takeaway service, offering a variety of freshly made delicacies for customers to take away and enjoy.
Among the many dishes, the slow-braised veal skewers are prepared using a unique low-temperature cooking method (Sous Vide) for 36 hours, ensuring the beef remains tender, juicy, and retains its rosy color even when fully cooked. The “Salmon Tartare,” which resembles a playful ice cream cone, is served on an ice cream cone base, topped with diced salmon cured in olive oil, lemon juice, and dill, and finished with a refreshing sauce.

For desserts, the “Secret Garden” presents a set served on a double-decker music turntable, featuring ten handmade sweet treats: violet mixed berry macarons, cranberry scones, cream cheese flowers, jasmine cookies, lychee sphere jelly, raspberry marshmallows, orange blossom truffle chocolates, yuzu éclairs, lemon lollipops, and Santa Ana profiteroles. These are paired with branches made of dough, green grass sponge cake, and chocolate “soil” to resemble a quaint little garden. Other offerings include scallop skewers in aromatic glaze, mushroom chicken wings, truffle egg pizza, and smoked salmon cold cuts, with each item starting at NT$160.
