Temperatures for the week will range between 26–33°C, with Taipei and New Taipei possibly reaching up to 34°C. Additionally, Tropical Depression 998 hPa will be closest to Taiwan on the 23rd and has a high likelihood of developing into Typhoon Wukong, the 11th typhoon. Should it form, there is a strong possibility that the Central Weather Bureau will issue a typhoon warning.
