On May 14, the "Huizhou Tourism: All the Highlights Start Here" themed press trip, jointly organized by the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Tourism and Lvtu Travel Network, was officially launched.
This event adopts an interactive format combining online recruitment via Lvtu Travel Network with offline press trips. By planning the on-site activities under the theme of "Huizhou Tourism: All the Highlights Start Here," eight major Huizhou tourism route themes have been introduced: "Hui" Explore—Nature Journey, "Hui" Challenge—Outdoor Journey, "Hui" Connect—Close Encounter Journey, "Hui" Enjoy—Relaxation Journey, "Hui" Reflect—Culture Journey, "Hui" Meditate—Mindfulness Journey, "Hui" Inherit—Folklore Journey, and "Hui" Savor—Gourmet Journey. After a rigorous selection process, Lvtu Travel Network has chosen 16 seasoned travel influencers, who will be divided into eight teams for on-site press trips. Later, high-quality experiential and inspirational content will be created and shared. Leveraging the authoritative media influence of Lvtu Travel Network and the multi-platform, multi-channel, and wide-reaching advantages of individual content creators, the goal is to build a new brand image for Huizhou tourism.
It is understood that these 16 seasoned travel influencers, with diverse personalities, professions, and ages, come from cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Urumqi, Chongqing, Xi'an, and Harbin. They possess a high level of literary accomplishment, strong writing skills, and photography expertise, and most have produced numerous exquisite works with a certain fan base. Passionate about travel and well-traveled, they offer unique insights. Over the course of a 6-day, 5-night itinerary, they will visit attractions such as Huizhou West Lake, Luofu Mountain, Nankun Mountain, Shuangyue Bay, Daya Bay, and Xunliao Bay. They will stay in Huizhou’s star-rated and leisure resort hotels, experiencing a wonderful journey that includes exploring West Lake, seeing the sea, climbing famous mountains, soaking in hot springs, and enjoying local cuisine.
Huizhou is a national historical and cultural city, known since ancient times as the "Famous Prefecture of Lingnan and Gateway to Eastern Guangdong," with over 2,200 years of administrative history and more than 1,400 years of urban history. The area combines mountains, lakes, rivers, seas, springs, waterfalls, and islands, integrating natural landscapes with cultural heritage. It currently boasts one national 5A-level tourist attraction, ten 4A-level attractions, and ten 3A-level attractions, with a forest coverage rate of 61.6% across the city. In 2013, Huizhou was named "China's Most Beautiful City" and one of the "Top Ten Healthiest Cities in China." Since 2010, it has also been ranked among "China's Happiest Cities" for seven consecutive years.
