Located in Badouzi, Keelung, Chaojing Park is a coastal ecological park that combines stunning seascapes, landscapes of the Northeast Coast, and installation art. From the park, you can gaze at the boundless ocean, Jiufen, and the mountains of Keelung. The park also features many uniquely designed installations, among which the “Broom Savior” created by French artist Patrick stands out — massive brooms standing upright along the coast present an extraordinary sight and have become one of the popular photo spots. At dusk, the expansive Chaojing Park, together with the endless sea and giant brooms, creates the illusion of being in an uninhabited place — beautiful yet lonely.

The newly opened Xiangshan Wetland Crab-Watching Trail is a 250-meter-long winding path built along the wetland. The vast wetlands on both sides offer breathtaking scenery where the sky and ground seem to merge. After the tide recedes, the wetland teems with crabs and mudskippers. Walking along the trail, you can observe the wetland ecology or simply take a peaceful stroll.

Abandoned Flue

The abandoned flue at the site of the former 13-story structure in Ruifang was recently a popular photo spot. However, due to severe heavy metal pollution in the area and years of disrepair, most of the flues have been closed off and are no longer accessible, with only one entrance remaining near the hillside. Standing along the hill-shaped flue, you can enjoy a unique close-up mountain view, as if wandering through a valley — a secret place filled with a mystical atmosphere.
