Starting July 1, Evergreen Airlines has rolled out a brand-new summer menu featuring seasonal ingredients. For the Taipei-Tokyo and Taipei-Osaka routes, the business class cabins offer a special Kyoto-inspired healthy menu designed by three-Michelin-starred Chef Nakamura. In July, the menu highlights grilled eel with sansho pepper, while August features main courses such as amberjack marinated in yuzu-flavored sauce with grilled rice crackers. It also comes with a selection of six nigiri sushi made with salmon, grilled eel, and other ingredients, aligning with the Japanese tradition of eating eel in the hot summer to replenish vitality.
