The literary youth-style Rixin Hotel, with its large blocks of white and minimal decor, gives off a simple, clean impression. Access to the lobby requires a keycard, and rooms come without TVs or breakfast. However, it’s very close to Luodong Night Market, with plenty of options available on the street outside the hotel.
The surrounding buildings form a small courtyard, creating a simple and symmetrical aesthetic.

The first floor is a coffee exhibition space featuring [ about:]—a triannual exhibition and introduction to Southern Australia, where the local magazine The New Days is published. The second floor houses the common area and rooms, with simply arranged tables and chairs for use. The third floor is an open audiovisual screening space and rooms, where documentary films about Southern Australia are shown in the evening.
