On September 19, Kaneko Hananosuke launched a new product, the “Imperial Inaniwa Set Meal,” at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi locations (Zhonggang Store / A8 Store). The set includes imported handmade Inaniwa udon from Japan, the Kaneko family’s secret recipe handmade chicken meatballs, and classic mini tenpura.<。

The “Imperial Inaniwa Set Meal” brings the most popular classic dishes from “z2 Udon to Meshi Kaneko Hananosuke” to Taiwan, featuring imported handmade Inaniwa udon from Japan, the Kaneko family’s secret recipe handmade chicken meatballs, mini tenpura...<到特制的原木配料盒,原汁原味经典呈现。

The “Imperial Inaniwa Set Meal” uses Inaniwa udon, which has been handcrafted for 300 years. Due to its complex production process and limited output, it was once a delicacy reserved exclusively for feudal lords.
